What is the shipping philosophy of The Crazy?

We promise our patrons one of the best experience of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 7-10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. We are currently not accepting international orders but it will be resumed shortly.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Thecrazy.in provides free shipping for prepaid orders above Rs 999. There will be a shipping charge of Rs 30 to Rs 80 on all orders of RS 999 and below Rs 999.

Are there any cash collection charges?

For COD orders, you will be levied cash collection charges of RS. 80 per product. For example, if your order includes two products, you will be levied cash collection charges of RS. 160.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

All Credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are proceed over a secure encrypted connection.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for Net banking or Credit/Debit Card.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Thecrazy.in. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

1. Information passes on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address , password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

2. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days, For any further clarification, you can email us on care@thecrazy.in

Cancel order

You have to cancel your order, please do so within 4 hours of placing the order an e-mail to care@thecrazy.in

After getting mail we will send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.

For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be added to thecrazy’s coupon code.

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 3 days of its date of delivery.

All refunds will be credited in your Thecrazy coupon Code which you can use to shop on www.thecrazy.in

If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access wallet.

What are the rules of courier charges refund?

We recommend use ‘Speed post’ as your courier service.

Speed post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Thecrazy coupon code.

Where should I return my product?

You could courier the product to us at the address mentioned below.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait the process to complete.
